There are a number of ways to become more involved and promote the 5-4-3-2-1 Go!™ message.

Teachers and administrators can use our handy HFHM Menu of options to help promote a healthy environment in the classroom. The menu offers a number of suggestions that are easy to implement and require minimal time or financial commitments.
